Den
See a Parson Russell terrier who does that for which it was conceived is really exciting.Little big hearts who go crazy with joy and interest and become white devils unleashed in pursuit of the fox, can only impress us.The Parson "feels" so much the wild, that his excitement gets in a few seconds ruthless determination, beyond reason and danger.it is the old story of Jekyll and Hide.Sweet, tender first and then hard , triggered once felt the urge.As a breeder I do anything to keep that spark turned on and to not keep it off as often can happen.
My breeding kennel is equipped with an artificial den where i test, personally, al puppies.Today to be an Italian champion the individual must pass a test of work and this only to keep alive the spark inherent in the breed.Of course, fewer and fewer are people who are interested in the subject and less are people who want to bring the dog to pass this test, even if they have beautiful and good subjects that might aspire to the title of Italian Champion. In spite of everything I think is a must for a farmer to protect and conserve the "type" of the race ".
